高考前两天,如何放松心态、轻松备考?
 
听音乐
 
1·音乐能有效的缓解不良情绪,减轻压力。如果考生不排斥音乐,那么就让孩子自由自在的听点他们喜欢的音乐把。
 
2.做运动
 
高中生,尤其是高三生,终日与书本为伴,基本上一坐就是几个小时。如果鼓励考生多多站起身,到客厅或者楼下做做运动。比如:做几组哑铃、跳跳绳后、踢踢毽子、打打羽毛球,运动产生的多巴胺,立刻让人感到快乐。
 
3.干家务
 
学习学累了,就让孩子洗洗自己的小物件,或者下楼倒个垃圾,都会让疲惫的身体得到缓冲。在清洗中感受水的清凉、在行走中感受风的抚摸,这些都会让人感到精神愉悦。
 
4. 洗热水澡
 
学困了,让孩子洗个热水澡也很好。清洁身体,滋润皮肤,感觉浑身轻松。
 
5.做深呼吸
 
教孩子做深呼吸:坐在桌前,或者站起身来,闭上嘴巴,像嗅花香一样,用鼻子一吸一呼,注意力都集中在呼吸上。做完之后,会感觉鼻子通透,神清气爽。
 
6.散步
 
即使在备战高考的日子里,也要懂得张弛有度。刷题刷累了,思路不顺了,不妨暂时放下,走出去散散步,走着走着,或许就豁然开朗了。散步有助于放松身体,也有助于静心思考,一举两得。
 
7.享受美食
 
心情糟,压力大,不妨品尝自己喜欢的美食,蔬菜、水果和肉食。不必多,喜欢就好。享受美食之后,心情也会大好。
 
8.短暂睡眠
 
对于用脑过度的情况下,可以进行多时段短暂睡眠,就像司机开车,两个小时中间要休息10分钟一样。学习两小时之后,也可以中间睡10分钟。
